I am actually one of the story writers for DarkStreet Studios.. I provide the stories we make into comics.. wehehe

Peanut Butter by the Pond

Once there was a girl named Eleanor. She was aloof, awkward, and misunderstood. Most of her peers thought of her as the girl with no name. The girl who wanders. The girl who never takes the time to sit at lunch with them although a lot of Funchum tetra packs are being passed around.

One cold afternoon, as most January afternoons were supposed to be that unusually cold, Eleanor met Benjamin. Now Benjamin, a boy who dreams of being one of the best skaters around their neighborhood, was a few years older than her. She sat beside the school's pond, with a book in hand and a peanut butter sandwich on the other. He just came from one of his peer's skating sessions by the monkey bars at the playground. Somehow drenched in cold sweat because of the cold weather, he decided to pass by the pond to catch a glimpse of the fishes that he usually talks to (although silently to himself) whenever he has the time. One quite enough reason to do so was this seemed like therapeutic and somehow a little bit amusing. He has been to places wherein his older brothers would taunt him as the boy who never liked to swim or play hoops at the court after school hours. But fishes, he usually tells himself, can also be a boy's best friend. He doesn't have an aquarium back at his home for he was contented to see his "fish friends" by the pond usually every afternoon after school hours.

Now, there he was, ready to pass by the pond when he noticed one thing. Eleanor was feeding his "fish friends". He stopped and chuckled to himself of how silly that girl is. Peanut butter sandwich for fishes? How amusing. That girl must have lost her marbles. He proceeded towards her.

He was about to tap her shoulder, as she had her back onto him while busily feeding the fishes, when all of a sudden, she turned around as she heard some light footsteps had approached her at back. At that quick occurrence of events, off goes the book she was holding a while ago and off came of what seemed to be remnants of the peanut butter sandwich. The book landed straight on Benjamin's face and what seemed to be left of the sandwich is now a tiny lump of wet whatchamacallit, leaving both of them tumbling towards the pond along with the fishes.

Now question, what happend next?
(a) La ko kabalo. Indi man ako ang nag ubra sang istoryah.
(b) Siguro nag water fight sila sa sulod pond.
(c) Dale lang, diin na ang skateboard ni Benjamin nagkadtoh?
(d) Anu ang title sang book na ginabasa ni Eleanor? Ginhulam ya pa atoh sa School Library nila? (halaaa)
(e) Wala na next. Amu na atoh ang ending para may hanging leaf >>depende sa nagabasa kung anu ang ending o ang sunod na scene sang story.
