Rocktoons - Iloilo is a project of Darkstreet Studios as a means to share their fanarts of local bands based within Iloilo City, Philippines.

I am basically one of the founding members of DarkStreet Studios.. our Rocktoons-Iloilo has been in haitus mode for more than 3 yrs.. the group is busy coping w/ real life..

pasensya.. old works ni and its on the bands nga familiar kami.. I havent been a part of gigs for the past 3 yrs.. so I dont know w/c is w/c most of the time... so far we are in haitus mode.. subong na man lng ako nag balik sa gigs bcoz of rock ed.. wehehe

baw.. for our part wala na gid kami naka work on rocktoons ever since nag grad kami ni cash college kag nag NGO volunteer kami ni Betch.. wehehe

actually day Macky nag ask pa gani nga kami ma work sa album art nila sa IMO gleng wla gid na tyempohan.. serious na abi kung album cover art so I usually need the rest of the crew.. unlike mag fanart nga biskan ako lng pwede maka ubra.. that is if ara ako sa mood mag ubra.. wehehe

@ vansen yup, when it comes to album art, dapat seryoso na... hehe... if rock toons lang, then pwede ka pa kingkoy... haha...

i remembered ang gin ubra nyo ni betch para sa death metal band to bala... it really kicks ass...

ahh ang para sa Unrepentant nga band .. based na cla sa New Jersey bala.. ayush tu nga work dude.. inde man gid to gleng rocktoons.. more of a band logo tu ya..

i also actually made a band logo for a manila based band Lies of Autumn.. daw favor kay friend ko ang isa ka member.. wehehe

yeah... my bad... band logo gle... hehe...

and i believe since rock toons, ti daw pwede nga labutaw... hehe... toons gni mong... hahaha

ayus mn ila logo subong.. whoohoo. daw didto kmi gne mlantaw siege tour hehe.. para dala nalang lantaw IMO

btw paano ni sa bale papel anay -scan-color/shade sa comp? ehehe boki gd ko daan ,or sa pc lng gd, gagamit kmo na sang stylus/ bolpen na daw my mousepad?dsn kon ano ikuris mo sa pad ga gwa sa pc? kita ko na dan sa t.v san o ehehehe

nami mag drawing bah.. hehehe..

well I don't draw directly sa pc kay wala ko ya tablet..

and naanad kami sa traditional nga system so we draw the lineart first then scan then render it sa pc.. optic mouse lang gamit ko.. lain ang sense of control kung sa papel una..

ari hu inde gid man band art but am quite proud of this work.. since we actually drew this just for the purpose of using it as such..



ang Come Out and Play 5 nga poster .. XD XD gin drawing una then ang text kag major effects and such syempre sa pc na..

and oh yeah.. courtesy to the guys in-charge here.. medyo rush lang ni kag I just based this sa recent Rock Ed event nga ara kamo .. so sensya lang kung daw rough gid. in a sense as sign of gratitude also for helping us out..
